General Terms & Conditions
Seller makes no warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for any particular purpose or any other warranty, express or implied. Unless specifically stated, products are of commercial quality and standards and buyer must determine suitability for their particular use or purpose. Buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of all product, whether used singly or in combination with other product or component. When applicable and requested, material certification provided by the manufacturer is passed along with no representation made as to their accuracy.

Notice of Defective concerns
Promptly after receipt of goods, buyer shall inspect goods. Any claims for shortages, damages, defects or other reasons for unsuitability must be made within 7 business days of the Buyer's learning of unsuitability upon receipt of goods, but in any event no later than 30 days after receipt of goods. All claims not made, in writing to the Seller within the specified time period shall be deemed waived. Seller will not pay any claim for labor, delays, or damage by reason of their use. No material shall be returned without the written consent of the Seller.

Shipping & Handling
Orders will be shipped via UPS,FedEx and/or Trucking company ,whichever is best for buyers, unless specified by buyer. We mainly ship to the Continental U.S., Canada and Mexico. Shipping charges shown on invoice of confirmed order may include a handling charge in addition to the actual charges from  UPS , FedEx and Trucking Company

The shipping weight including weight of products and package may not be very accurate. We are trying our best to make it accurate, we are adding more equipment for it. 

All shipments received damaged or missing items should be specifically noted on delivering carriers paperwork before signing at the time of receipt of shipments.

In-Stock items usually can be shipped within 2 business days. However, due to the inventory turnover,  some items may not be available temporarily at the time that you place an order for it. We will notify you via email about it, or offer you alternative options. If you have  any specific requirement for delivery, please feel free to contact us and we will always do our best to meet your needs.

Payment
For methods of payment, other than approved credit card, we accept different types of payment. Please contact us for details.

Returns/Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of products we sold based on the good condition and resalable condition of products and packaging. If returned and exchanged due to our mistake, we will be fully responsible for freight charges of returns. If due to customer's mistake, we will have 20% of total amount of invoice as our restock charges, and buyer will be fully responsible for freight of returns and exchanges. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless approved by our Customer Service department. Please contact us BEFORE the intend of return and exchange.

Any cut length of products are NOT returnable and exchangeable.
