How much is the amount of shipping and handling charges for my order? |

The cost of shipping and handling will be decided once we receive your order. For order that is less than 150lbs, we will ship your order through UPS, Fedex or USPS. For the order that is more than 150lbs, we will ship through trucking company. We do believe that we have better rate from trucking company that we have been working for long time. The total charge from above carriers plus our handling charge, that vary from $3.99 to $6.99, will be notified to you via email. We will waive the handling charge for order of $250.00 and up. |

How soon can I receive my order? |

What is Sales Tax Rate ? |
|
We just charge the sales tax to customers from California if customers can not provide the RESALE PERMIT NO, when place order. And we also charge sales tax for orders that are delivered to location in California, though customer is out of California. The sales tax will be charged according to sales tax rate of destination of delivery if customer provide it, otherwise, we charge sales tax at 8.25% instead. Thanks for understanding. |
